Vinyl Sessions Present The Who – Who’s Next

For our 12th event we present the bands 1971 5th studio album featuring such hits as Baba O’Riley, Won’t Get Fooled Again and Behind Blue Eyes PLUS some bonus tracks on an original release of Meaty Big and Bouncy. A unique chance to experience classic vinyl on amazing restored vintage Hi-Fi. Our own Professor of Pop Graham Chalmers joins us for a profile of the album and how Pete Townsend’s aborted Lifehouse project had a large imputes, Jim Dobbs arranges a magnificent video show and of course Colette’s amazing raffle. A new feature for sessions is our “Crappy Compilation Album Challenge” more about that on the night!!! As usual the fun starts at 7.30

Places can be reserved for free but a suggested donation of £5 (or what you are comfortable with) on entry would be really appreciated, so far in just 11 months we have raised almost £5350 for Friends of Harrogate Hospital Retcam “Saving Babies Sight Appeal” Well done and thanks to all our supporters. Every penny goes direct to the charity, no expenses are deducted and Starling provide the venue free.
