We have 10 craft keg taps and 6 cask hand pulls on the bar. On cask we have a beer from Roosters Brewery, 3 swords from Kirkstall Brewery and Timothy Taylor Boltmaker; alongside 3 rotating guests. We aim to have one dark beer always on as part of our range.
We serve Amity Brew Co Waterpistol, Kirkstall Virtuous IPA, North Brew Springwell Pilsner, Veltins Pilsner and Apsalls cider permanently on keg. We’ve then a further 4 guest keg beers showcasing the best beers from across the North and beyond. For those that want Gluten Free we have a permanent GF keg line in Virtuous IPA.
Then there is the Starling Beer Fridge! You’ll find everything from sours to stouts, alcohol free to DIPA’s! We only stock beers from some of the best micro breweries around the country and even the world. These are also available to take away with a 25% discount.
We have a mean gin shelf, with Whittaker’s gin as our house pour distilled no more than 10 miles away in Nidderdale. Our quirky range of whiskies covers all Scottish regions as well as interesting offerings from USA, Japan and Sweden. We frequently host Scottish Malt Whisky Society tastings and carry a selection of their single cask cask strength whisky too.
Our wines were hand picked by Julian at Wright Wines in Skipton. We serve all red, white and a rosé by the glass; as well as prosecco and champagne.
